Jessica Fuentes established Fuentes Consulting, LLC in 2019.

With nearly ten years of public policy and government advocacy experience, Mrs. Fuentes provides solutions to problems throughout the legislative, budgetary and regulatory processes. Through unique insight and strategic engagement, Mrs. Fuentes develops and executes legislative priorities on behalf of clients. Utilizing her many contacts within the Illinois House and Senate, Executive Office, and state agencies, Mrs. Fuentes has achieved the public policy goals of a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to small nonprofits.

Prior to lobbying Mrs. Fuentes worked at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. Outside of work, Mrs. Fuentes is a founding Board Member of the People for Women’s Empowerment PAC and a Board Member of the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation.

Mrs. Fuentes received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University.
